Center Square Mall

(October 2014 -May 2015)

A 3 storey mall located at 102 Molino Boulevard City of Bacoor Cavite launched early 2016 that has a total of 20,000 sqm of retail space for Filinvest. Nippon as the general contractor of the said project, hired MGS Scaffolding and Formworks as their sub-contractor. Supplying labor and materials for the said project, the building structure surely gave the owner a total satisfaction.

Namria Housing Project A

(September 2015)

Namria Building A is a 12 storey building that has a floor area of 1,460.76 sqm. Aside from man power we provide for the construction, we also supply high quality materials such as metal studs, runner, base jack, u-head, shoring jack and other construction materials essential in building the project. This construction is said to be finished on 2017 and has an estimated value of twenty one million pesos (P 21,000,000.00)

Namria Housing Project B

On September 2015, we signed another contract with New San Jose Builders Inc. that started the construction of building A and B. We're assigned to do all the structural works such as slabs, beams, columns, shear walls, foundation and stairs. This has a total floor area of 1,460.76 sqm.

Namria Housing Project is loacate at Lawton Ave. Fort. Bonifacio Taguig City is a goverment owned building provided for their employees. Building C has a total floor area of 759 sqm . and amounting of an estimated project value of seven million (P7,000,000.00) .
